You are the first point of contact for any questions and are available to advise our customers. As an Account Manager in the IT industry you will also get some technical insights and get familiar with our system to support our customers in the best possible way.

Your area of responsibility will include the following:

  • Support of our existing customers
  • Onboarding of new customers
  • Individual consulting for new customers and potential customers

What do you need to bring along?

  • A university degree or training in business administration, marketing or IT
  • An analytical understanding that enables you to understand and reproduce the facts described by the customer
  • Good to very good German and English, written and spoken
